It's finally here! Our entire Switzerland trip, shared with you in my favorite way - the Photo Diary. Rather than a ton of text and a day by day breakdown, I'd like to let the photos from our trip speak for themselves. I'll include a few of our favorite spots and details along the way, but words can hardly do a gorgeous country like Switzerland justice.

While the weather certainly isn't chilly juuuust yet in LA, with temperatures still well into the 80s just this week, I'm already ahead of the curve and preparing for snuggle worthy weather. I love any and all things that feel cozy, so today I'm sharing some of my favorite pieces and brands for those days and evenings spent indoors and bundled up. So grab a knit blanket, some super soft socks, put your hair up, and scroll down for my picks.

Sure, at this point, everyone has seen animal prints make a comeback. From leopard print skirts of all shapes to faux-snakeskin shirts at Zara, it's clearly a big trend right now. And while it seems like anything animal print could look dated or tacky, right now it all feels very fresh and elevated. Not to be that person, but I think I may just have to add one more animal print into your life - this time in the form of Croc-embossed leather. It's perfect for adding a touch of texture to your fall looks, and while I love a leo-print,  I think a subtle croc-leather will be a more timeless trend in the long run.

LA is just a bit landlocked when it comes to traveling to Europe, so the flights can be long. Over ten hours long. And while I usually just plan on spending a full travel day being uncomfortable / staying awake all night in a small seat, on this last trip, I decided to do things differently with a stopover flight. I was first introduced to the idea of a stopover last Summer when Eric and I visited Iceland for 2 nights on our way to Spain. It ended up costing about the same amount as having a layover flight - we just extended the amount of hours we spent in our layover city to turn it into an overnight stopover stay. So rather than jetting straight to Paris for fashion week and having to shoot photos with a serious case of jet lag upon landing, we elected to spend the weekend in Boston.

For long haul flights, I usually board the plane without a stitch of makeup on, and then spend the rest of the flight trying to keep my skin moist. It's a constant battle, and at the midway point of any flight, I can feel my face really drying out. So for my most recent flights, I started to bring along a few more products than just my usual face oil and lip balm - and I really noticed a difference. Scroll down to see my picks!

Maybe it's because I spent my weekend on the east coast, but I'm declaring that Summer is officially dead, and we're living in an Autumnal world. And while I know it's still plenty warm in a lot of the world, there's still plenty of chilly mornings and evenings coming up, perfect for trotting out your suede boots and coats. I'm about to leave for Paris tonight, so click below to see some of my favorite pieces I'm either planning on styling or wanting to purchase for the coming months.

Over the next two weeks, Eric and I will be heading out of LA, spending the weekend in Boston, 5 days in Paris, and 6 days driving around various cities in Switzerland. And while I'm tempted to just pack up everything I own and just "figure it out" when I land, I know that that will lead to stress, overpacking, and having to lug multiple giant suitcases around. I think a lot of the time when I see photos of bloggers traveling (especially during Fashion week) there is a tendency to glorify how many suitcases have been brought along. It's become the norm to show a bogged-down airport cart, or else an overflowing car trunk, stuffed to the brim with suitcases.
