I own very few things that are truly priceless. Yes, I love my shoe collection and my vintage dresses, much of which is irreplaceable, but none of it could really be called priceless. But when my grandfather died when I was 11, I was given a few of his old bolo neckties. He loved Johnny Cash, John Wayne (any western movie, really), plaid Levi's shirts, and smoking. And he would wear his bolo neckties with his well-worn Levi's shirts for special occasions. So when I was handed this horse print one, and a few turquoise ones, I knew I finally had something priceless. Not that they are worth a lot of money, or even that they are rare. Just the history of them alone makes them priceless.
